We are a locally owned farm in East Texas, and are active members in the National Poultry Improvement Plan, Texas NPIP #74-4609. Our farm focuses heavily on breeding high quality Silver Laced Wyandottes. We offer Silver Laced Wyandotte Hatching Eggs and Chicks at certain times throughout the year.
At our small farm, we hold a deep passion for reviving old exhibition breeds such as Wyandottes. As genuine heritage birds are becoming increasingly rare in today’s flocks, we are dedicated to preserving these historic poultry lines, some of which have roots dating back many decades. Farm Update: Summer/Fall 2024
We have accomplished a lot this year, and hatched well over 100 Silver Laced chicks. We will start offering hatching eggs again soon when the weather cools off.
This year, we had some ideas we were excited about, but plans changed. We’ve decided to phase out our lavender line, white rocks, and most of our barred rocks to focus exclusively on Silver Laced and White Wyandottes.
By concentrating on these two breeds, we can ensure the highest quality moving forward, and we’re excited to see how good our birds will improve as a result.
